Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has built a butyl acrylate unit.Its production capability is 80,000 tons/year.The ?/?-unsaturated carboxylic acid structure in the molecular of acrylate is easy to have polymerization.The deposit can lead to block the unit,decrease heat change efficiency and production capacity,and even shut-down the whole unit.So,in order to prevent the pipes from blocking and keep normal operation,we need to add very quantity of complex inhibitor in the process.The research on inhibitor is an important research project.The background of research is the acrylate esterification process of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,simulate the process of acrylate and acrylic acid in the distillation unit,using the polymerization inhibitor solution with same concentration according to the configuration of industrial apparatus,added from the upper reactive distillation apparatus.,Take the first esterification reactor's reaction conditions of Butyl acrylate as the experimental condition,dynamic evaluate the composite polymerization inhibitor.According to the practical problems,the project do some research from inhibitor selection,evaluation for inhibiting effects,the influence of adding quantity on chemical stability.It is proved to be feasible that the method set up through this project and the experiment result is recommended to be used in industrial plant.
