Along with modernization advancement and the rapid development of industry in China,the destruction and impact of natural environment are increasingly serious.How to develop the economy and protect environment at the same time is the key issue.Cleaner production is a kind of strategic development and the approach to governing from the source.For the production process of the enterprise,We should take advantage of design of process,raw materials,energy,technology,such as no pollution,low pollution of raw materials to replace the high pollution raw materials,low toxic and nontoxic instead of toxic and harmful materials,process selection and optimization so as to minimize the emission of exhaust pollutants.The purpose of this article:by using printer consumable enterprise as an example,in order to achieve clean production process improvement,reduce the cleaning process in the use of organic solvent,reduce the emissions of organic solvent,reduces the impact on ecological environment,achieve win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.This paper take advantage of simulation experiment method,system analysis method,cleaning agent was determined as hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide,emulsifier OP-10 and nitric acid by the test of the materials,adding trace amounts of nitric acid cleaner to adjust the ph value of cleaning agents,so as to improve the cleaning effect.After many test,then it can determine the ratio of material preparation,process improvement after appropriate temperature,cleaning time and the frequency of replacement.Developed by spectrophotometry in the cleaning agent hexadecytrimethyl ammonium bromide content detection of simple method,so as to realize the effective monitoring of cleaning agent for the import of cleaner production is prepared,and ensure the stability of production quality.Research result on clean production,process improvement,water-based cleaner replace the organic solvent,thereby reducing the cleaning process in the use of organic solvents,also reduces emissions of organic solvent,reduces the impact on ecologicalenvironment,achieve win-win situation in term of economic and environmentalbenefits.Conclusion:In cleaner production and circular economy theory,under the guidanceof the printer consumables enterprises involved in the production of materials and process analysis,and successfully completed the water-based cleaner alternative organic solvent cleaner production process improvement,and establish the method of spectrophotometry to detect the contents of cleaner.Reduce the use of toxic and harmful substances and emissions,to achieve the environment protection,and the development of enterprises.
