Puguang gas field,as the largest-scale and the highest yield oversize marine facies gas field in China,has built the largest natural gas conditioning plant and the producer of sulfur in Asia,with a 1.50×1010m3/a purifying capacity of high hydrogen sulfide natural gas.In case of fault or emergency stop,the raw natural gas was burned by the high and low pressure torches,at the area of combined desulfurization installation,the sulfur dioxide which the concentration of greater than 6000 mg/m3 is produced by the combustion by has bad influence on ecological environment.Therefore to implement the sulfur dioxide capture and emergence systems of non-normal production is significance to ensure gas fields,production process and environment safety.The abnormal discharged sulfur dioxide of Puguang gas field was taken as the object for this study.The effect of sulfur dioxide on local plant growth condition was discussed;the green absorption medicament system of sulfur dioxide was studied,and the absorption trapping system was established,and the unusual production trapping and emergency system of sulfur dioxide was formed,respectively.All those above make the efflux of sulfur dioxide can be absorbed fully and the formation of neutralizing product is vegetable fertilizer,which reduced the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the gas to coordinate development between gas field production and environmental protection.The results show that:since the minimum nociceptive threshold of the crops is 1.43mg/m3,reduce the concentration of sulfur dioxide to 1.43mg/m3 will not affect the normal growth of the crops.At last the mass fraction of 5%aqueous ammonia is the best absorbent,through the simulation experiments in the laboratory and efficiency and economic viability factors.The corrosion condition of A3 steel,304 stainless steel,aluminium,H62 copper in 10%of(NH4)2SO3,10%of NH4HSO3,and 10%mixed solution(NH4)2SO3 and NH4HSO3 were.The results showed that 304 stainless steel corrosion resistance of the best.Thus,the entire spray cover is made of 304 stainless steel structure and 18 ceramic nozzles;the angle between the adjacent two nozzles is 60 degrees on each plane.
