The Effects Of Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine In Diabetic Rats

Objective To observe and explore the effect and mechanism of 'Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine' on the rats.Methods By peritoneal cavity Injection with streptozotocin(STZ),the DM rats model is induced.70 healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups which were the normal group,the model group,the ordinary rice wine group,the 'Tai Zhi Huang' herbs group,the low dosage,medium dosage and high dosage of 'Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine' groups.Every group had 10 rats.In the following 60 days,the corresponding drug were used to feed the rats in different groups once a day.By enzyme colorimetry method,tested the levels of blood glucose,insulin,glycated hemoglobin,urine glucose and then use Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine typecast lavage intervention treatment,to observe the medicinal liquor after the intervention of rat blood sugar,insulin,glycated hemoglobin,urine sugar and pancreatic pathology change.Results Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle and low dose group,pure medicine group and model group compared all can effectively reduce rat blood sugar levels(p<0.01);Ordinary rice wine can't reduce rat blood sugar levels,and with the model group compared with no statistical significance(p>0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle and low dose group and pure medicine group comparison,Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle,low dose group>pure medicine,That isTai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle and low dose group reduce blood glucose levels than the pure medicine group,With statistical significance(p<0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle and low dose group compared with each other.Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine were dose group>too guide yellow typecast shaoxing rice wine high and low dose group,The middle dose group said the best reduce blood glucose levels,and has statistical significance(p<0.05).And high dose and low dose is no statistical significance(p>0.05).Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,medium and low dose,pure medicine group and model group compared to all can significantly reduce rat serum glycated hemoglobin level,With statistical significance(p<0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle,low dose group and normal control group of Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine can obviously reduce the rat serum glycated hemoglobin level,With statistical significance(p<0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,medium and low dose and pure medicine compared each other,Found that high,medium>pure medicine,With statistical significance(p<0.05).But cannot explain low>pure medicine,And do not have statistical significance(p>0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,medium and low dose comparison,medium>high and low,And have statistical significance(p<0.05).Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,medium and low dose,pure medicine group and model group were significantly increased compared to the rat serum insulin level,With statistical significance(p<0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,low dose group and ordinary rice wine group comparison,That is too high,middle dose group yellow can obviously increase rat serum insulin level,With statistical significance(p<0.05);But can prove to low dose group and ordinary rice wine group have obvious difference,And do not have statistical significance(p>0.05);So that Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine high,medium and low dose and pure medicine compared each other,Can't prove Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,middle,low dose group and pure medicine group level difference,And there is no statistical significance(p<0.05);Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine,medium and low dose comparison with each other,High,medium>low dose,With statistical significance(p<0.05).Rat pancreas tissue morphology observation,Normal control group:Islet a rules of the mass line pattern,Boundary is clear.Round,oval,or a funicular cell mass.Cell mass size;lslet beta cells amount is more,Nuclear is round,cytoplasmic rich.Model control group:Islet serious atrophy decreased significantly,Scattered,irregular shape,Limit fuzzy,chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.A large number of fibrous tissue hyperplasia,The only remaining islet,Beta cell number significantly reduced;In most of the islet ? cells degeneration,Cavitation,necrosis or even disappear.Ordinary rice wine group:Islet atrophy,Irregular shape,Chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.Too low dose group that yellow:Islet atrophy is not apparent,Boundary is clear,Cell lineage owe tidy,Visible chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.So that HuangZhong dose groups:Islet volume is larger,Cells are arranged a little disorder,Boundary is clear,Inflammatory cell infiltration is not obvious.Too high dose group that yellow:Islet slightly atrophy is not apparent,Irregular shape,The margin is not clear,See chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion 1.Rats using chain urea with intraperitoneal injection of bacteria element can be copied successfully rats hyperglycemia model.2.Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine contains GeHuai scattered with hypoglycemic role3.Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Shaoxing Wine has a prospect of development.
