With the improvement of living standards and the development of science and technology,people's demand is increasingly higher for the quality of printed materials.Printed automatic inking control system is important components of quality control of printed materials online.It is effective means of improving print quality and efficiency which has a high-precision and high-performance printing press automatic ink control systems is to reduce the defective rate and scrap.A color print ink controlling system based on machine vision was designed,and proposed a color space conversion model based on fuzzy neural network.A nonlinear function was established between ink's opening keys,ink viscosity,the speed of ductor roller and ink flow based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).Firstly,overall scheme of a color print ink controlling system based on machine vision is designed.The composition and role of the module is introduced in details.Secondly,based on the advantages and disadvantages analysis of existing color space conversion model,a color space conversion model based on fuzzy neural network was built.The conversion from RGB color space to the CIE-L*a*b*standard color space was completed.The experimental results show that the model can meet the expectations.Thirdly,while for the relationship between ink flow and ink's opening in the printing's ink control,a nonlinear function was submitted between ink's opening keys,ink viscosity,the speed of ductor roller and ink flow based on CFD.By the FLUENT,ink ductor's flow field was simulated and analyzed.The result of the simulation shows that the mapping function meet the requirements of ink control's automation,real-time,accurate.Lastly,Offset printing quality's detection and control system software which is friendly interfaced and easily operated is established by C++Builder.
