At present,ours country has become the world's production and export country in pens manufacture,but it is not powerful,especially having a big gap in the processing quality of written compared with the modern country.Due to the domestic traditional processing equipment behind,precision machining of the tip does not meet the market requirements,and our devices in high-end tip is still dependent on imports,which severely restricts the development of our pens industry.Therefore,the study on key technology of high-precision multi-station machine,to achieve pens tool localization of core components,and have great significance to maintain the sustainable development of China pens industry.Supported by the National science and technology support plan Program,the article to high-precision turntable for the object,studies the combination of simulation and experiment.At first,the paper simulates the key parameters of the cutting process and deformation caused by fixture to get the best results for guiding the actual manufacture test of the turntable,finally,checked the precision results by the coordinate measuring machine.Main achievements and features in the paper are as follows:(1)Through comparing the development of domestic and foreign machine tools and technical characteristics,the paper presents the key technical difficulties that trouble domestic multi-station machine tool industry,and describes the accuracy of machine tool in the processing.(2)According to the comparative to different metallic materials and combining the performance of the parts,it ensures material selection of the part.By using low-temperature heat treatment processes,and then analyzing the post-processing of microstructure material,the results show that the process improves the dimensional stability of the turntable parts.(3)It describes the theoretical basis of elastic-plastic finite element,and establishes the three-dimensional finite element model of the part and cutting tool by Deform-3D.Then it obtains the optimal cutting parameters in the process by simulating cutting tests to the cutting force,the cutting temperature,and the cutting stress conditions to a minimum.(4)It designs optimally the turntable fixture,and analyzes the impact of different projects that clamping force on the deformation of the fixture by ANSYS.At last,it confirms the bonding fixture project to achieve a reasonable range of the turntable deformation.(5)It makes the splitter innovative installed in the gantry coordinate boring,and then takes the polar coordinates measure in the processing.After the coordinate measuring machine detect,the manufacturing accuracy of the turntable part up toħ5?m basically meet the requirements of machine tools.
