It has been a long time using phosphating solution on the metal substrate surface treatment,for it has good homogeneity,excellent corrosion resistance and been widely used in industrial field.And phosphate treatment technology is widely developed in the process.In recent years,the countries of the world become to focus on the environment problem and pay more attention on surroundings protection.Phosphate slag and waste water of phosphating solution need to be specially treated before discharge Otherwise all those can't meet the demand of environmental protection.And more and more researchers become to focus in the study of silicon coupling agent treatment due to its molecular structure of bridge.The single factor experiments have been done based on methyltriethoxy silane and ?-ammonpropyltriethoxy silane hydrolyzate,test the hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis of PH value,hydrolysis of alcohol content and also the influence of silane concentration on electrical conductivity change,arrange a system orthogonal experiment,to get the polarization curve and then fit of the corrosion rate.Then the optimum hydrolysis conditions are obtained.On the basis of the optimum hydrolysis conditions of ?-ammonpropyltriethoxy silane,it has been studied about how to get the film on the steel substrate.The drying temperature and time are obtained by different drying temperature and drying time of the corrosion rate results of appropriate film.Check the appearance of the image,electrochemical polarization curves and corrosion rate value,comparing zinc series phosphating solution to deal with the steel substrate and the salt spray test,the corrosion resistance of steel substrates.By saline soak,two different ways to test the strength of adhesion and to test the phosphating film and the pros and cons of the silane film and substrate paste properties.Surface of the test results,the two are similar,the silane film and substrate adhesion performance is slightly better than that of phosphating film.
