Female Pants Pattern Auto-generation Based On Upgraded Garment CAD

Pants is main cloth for the lower extremity.The quality and efficiency of pattern macking directly determined the shape of plants.Plants pattern design includes pants main body design,waist brand design and pocket design and accessory design.The quality of plants pattern generally rely on personal experience,and is not scientific systematic enough.This methord of pattern macking is not conducive to the upgrading of industrial technology and industrial competitiveness.CAD technology has been applied generaly,but is still staying at simple using of technology.There is a huge gap between simple apply CAD and pattern auto-generation.First,through pants market research,the author analysis the shape factors and structural design factors of plants.The pants are summarized and divided into trousers body,the waist band,pocket and attachment of 4 different components.At the same time,through reading the relevant literature,the author summarize female plants pattern making methord.This method based on existing female plants pattern design method combined with sample experiment to optimized and improved the pattern making methord.The author identified a set of scientific and accurate plants pattern design method and built 2 models for hip ease<6cm and hip ease>6cm.Second,aiming to solve CAD technology remaining stay in the simple use of stage,this paper applied upgraded the garment CAD system,and parameterized the pants main body structure,waist band structure,pocket structure and attachment structure for scientific to built modular for each part.In this paper,the auther established 2 main body modules,5 waist band module,9 pocket modules and 3 attachment modules.The modules single operation test achieve module operation range.The differnent modules assemble-and-operation experiments achieve different styles of pants auto-generation.Third,this article were designed two groups of sample experiment and try-on experiments to validate the rationality and accuracy of the the pants pattern auto-generation modules.The same design and different bodies try-on experiment provse auto-generation modules fit for multi-type body.Different deigns try-on experiment proves auto-generation modules are applicable to many styles pants auto-generation.The author asked 6 pattern makers to evaluate applicability of auto-generation modules after one-month using.Finally,the article put forward idea that the pants auto-generation is from three-dimensional body scanning to two-dimensional sample auto-generation to three-dimensional virtual integration look.
