In this paper,using aniline?An?as monomer,ammonium persulfate?APS?as oxidant,and hydrochloric acid?HCl?as doping acid,polyaniline doped with hydrochloric acid?PANI-HA?was prepared through chemical oxidation polymerization.Using 1.0mol/L ammonium hydroxide?AH?as de-dopant,PANI-HA was de-doped to polyaniline?PANI-EB?.The effect of the molar ratio of APS and An(n APS:nAn),the concentration of HCl,the reaction time and the reaction temperature on conductivity of PANI were studied.The order of influence on conductivity of PANI-HA:the reaction temperature>nAPS:nAn>the reaction time>the concentration of HCl.The optimal polymerization condition:nAPS:nAn=1.0,the concentration of HCl is 1.0mol/L,the reaction temperature is 10?and the reaction time is 8h.Using PANI-EB as material,hydrochloric acid?HA?,sulfuric acid?SA?,sulfosalicylic acid?SSA?,toluenesulfonic acid?TSA?and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid?DBSA?as doping acid,PANI-HA,PANI-SA,PANI-SSA,PANI-TSA and PANI-DBSA were prepared.The structure,conductivity,solubility and heat stability were test and characterized.The effect of doping acid on the structure and properties of PANI were analyzed.First,using PANI-EB as material and DBSA as doping acid,PANI-DBSA was prepared.Second,using polyacrylonitrile?PAN?as material,N,N-dimethylformamide?DMF?as solvent,PAN spinning solution was prepared.Third,PANI-DBSA was added into PAN spinning solution,and PAN/PANI-DBSA composite spinning solution was prepared.Last,anti-static PAN/PANI fiber was prepared through electrostatic spinning method.The effect of the concentration of solution,voltage,distance and the concentration of PANI-DBSA on the diameter of PAN/PANI fiber were analyzed using orthogonal analysis method.The effect of PANI-DBSA on the conductivity of spinning solution was analyzed.The order of influence on the diameter of PAN/PANI fiber:the concentration of the solution>the concentration of PANI-DBSA>voltage>distance.The optimal process:the concentration of solution is 12%,voltage is 16kV,distance is 12cm and the concentration of PANI-DBSA is 1.0mol/L.The effect of the concentration of solution,voltage,distance and the concentration of PANI-DBSA on the alignment of PAN/PANI fiber were analyzed.The effect of PANI-DBSA on amino,carbonyl,heat stability and the resistance of anti-static of PAN/PANI fiber were studied.The static decay curve of PAN/PANI fiber was studied.When the concentration of PANI-DBSA is 1.4mol/L,the static voltage half-life of PAN/PANI fiber is 1.73s.It's A-level of national standard,so PAN/PANI fiber has a good anti-static property.
