Polyaniline?PANI?,as a structural conductive polymer with conjugated double bonds,has special electrical and optical properties.It has great application prospects in the preparation of equipment and materials with special functions.Compared with other conductive polymers,the preparation of PANI is relatively simple.In addition,PANI has good stability and high electrical conductivity,and is widely cons idered to be the most promising conductive polymer in the last 50 years.PANI conductive fibers can be used in various applications such as smart fabrics and electromagnetic shielding.However,PANI cannot be melt-spun because of its high melting point;it has poor solubility and can only be dissolved in a few organic solvents with high-boiling point,which also makes if difficult to be spinning.In light of these facts,this thesis uses an inexpensive and readily available solvent N-methylpyrrolidone?NMP?as the spinning solvent to explore the the optimal parameters for preparing polyaniline conductive fibers.It aims at overcoming the shortcomings of poor stability and gelation.The pure conductive polyaniline fibers with controllable conductivity and certain mechanical strength are prepared.At the same time,a series of PANI/polymer blends were prepared.The microstructure,mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and their interrelationships were systematically studied by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,gel permeation chromatography?GPC?and other test methods.The results show that the solubility of PANI in NMP can be well improved by ball milling and the addition of gel-inhibitor,so that the uniform and stable spinning solution can be obtained.Polyaniline fibers with controllable conductivity can be prepared by controlling the process parameters in preparation of spinning.The conductivity of PANI fibers can be up to 4.5 S/cm.By blending with other polymers,the relationship between compatibility,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of polyaniline/polymer blend fibers was obtained.It was found that polyvinylpyrrolidone has good compatibility with polyaniline and the best performance after blending with polyaniline.The obtained fiber was uniform and compact inside,and has highes electrical conductivity,which up to 1.80×10-3 S/cm.The related preparation technology has been applied in small-scale trial production of polyaniline fibers in factories and good fiber products have been produced.This research is helpful for the industrial production of polyaniline fiber and has certain practical application value.
