The abalone is known as "the champion of four seafood" with rich nutritional value and medicinal value.But in the process of abalone,lots of abalone viscera which account for 20%-30%of the total weight have been processed into low-value produces or been abandoned.Abalone viscera is rich in protein,fat and polysaccharides,and also contains a small amount of trace elements and vitamins etc.The deep processing of abalone viscera makes the recovery of abalone viscera wastes,comprehensive utilization of marine resources,improvement the added value of waste and the economic efficiency.In recent years,the research on polysaccharide and protein extraction from abalone viscera is more than on the abalone viscera oil.In this thesis,abalone viscera was utilized as the raw material.Oil was extracted by the method of organic solvent,the optimum extraction parameter,oil refining and the fatty acid composition were studied.On this basis,multi-stage countercurrent leaching technology was simulated by cascade experiment.Extracting concentration and residual oil rate were considered as the evaluation indexes.The research results were as follows:(1)Abalone viscera oil was extracted by the method of organic solvent,and the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used.The results showed that when the extracting solvent was ethanol,the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:4,extracting temperature was 65?,extracting time was 45min,extracting times were 3 times,the oil yield reached 21.22%;After oil refining,GC/MS was used to analysis the composition and content of aliphatic acids,the results showed that there were 20 kinds of fatty acids,which accounted for 7 of SFA,the content was 26.55%,UFA accounted for 13,the content was 57.13%,mainly n-3PUFA and n-6PUFA,both of which were essential fatty acids.(2)Selected cascade experiment which simulated multi-stage countercurrent leaching technology,the theoretical stages of multi-stage countercurrent leaching experiments was 3.06 by algebraic calculation,4 stages were chose in actual cascade simulation experiment.On the basis of the optimum conditions,when the experiment reached a balance,the extracting concentration was 9.2%and residual oil rate was 20%or so.The results had little difference with the assumed value.
