With the development trend of manufacturing industry,the NC machine tool is developing towards the direction of high speed and high precision.In order to improve the machining precision of the machine tool,the vibration response of the spindle of the machine tool is controlled in a certain range.Machine tool spindle system of dynamic balance test is one of the key factors of the machine spindle vibration.Therefore,it is necessary to study,from the reduction of the spindle system of dynamic balance,vibration elements of,for my company production of CNC milling machine spindle system characteristics,this topic mainly studies the dynamic balance online monitoring method,describes the CNC milling machine spindle system rigid rotor dynamic balance vibration identification and vibration signal analysis,the CNC milling machine spindle system dynamic balance test,and a detailed analysis of the experimental results.This paper mainly includes 3 parts:First,the analysis of domestic and international dynamic balance identification methods and signal analysis methods to understand the status of CNC milling machine spindle system and dynamic balance technology,a clear dynamic balance of the required technical methods.Learning and CNC milling machine spindle system dynamic balance testing closely related to the accuracy of the factors,for the CNC milling machine spindle system dynamic balance detection has laid a theoretical basis.Second,the condition and characteristics of the dynamic balance vibration are identified by the identification of the amplitude and phase,the frequency and amplitude of the vibration.The dynamic balance test system and the method of dynamic balance based on the influence coefficient method are proposed.In this system,the vibration signal extraction of the whole period sampling and the data processing method of the vibration signal based on the Fu Liye transform are proposed.Thirdly,the spindle system dynamic balance test,modal analysis of spindle system modeling,studying the spindle system natural frequency,turn frequency and gear meshing frequency analysis,the sliding pillow in the same position out and out of no,with different speed sliding pillow position and different bits of data comparison analysis of spindle vibration.
