In recent years, there are some enterprises and universities have begun to research carpet tufting machine at home, and made great achievements which had been applied in practical production and fills up the domestic many scientific research and technical blank. Although domestic carpet tufting machine design and research has made a certain development, but compared with foreign countries, there is still a large gap. Due to the manufacturing or working conditions or other factors, abnormal vibration appears while working, making the shaft in the working process of inertia force and moment imbalance, and the existence of this phenomenon will seriously affect the loom work quality, or even endanger the safety of operators. At present the design of looms advanced technology are confidential, so there are rare special study information, but there is a lot of dynamic balance correction method for other mechanical character, such as comprehensive influence coefficient method, the vibration mode balance method, the modal balance method, etc., and the influence coefficient method is the most widely used, although it is not applied in textile machinery shafting dynamic balance, but the influence coefficient method in other institutions dynamic balance correction is most widely used and the mature, so this article chooses influence coefficient method to shafting dynamic balance for correction.(1) ModelingOn the basis of physical design diagram part size, the application of3D modeling software solidwoks model; we build a various parts, and assembly, the last interference check, ensure the correctness of the model.(2) Flexible processingA main shaft of the loom system in shaft of shaft is respectively into Ansys software, the grid division and the rigid region, preferably derived neutral mode file;(3)SimulationThe construction of the model into Adams software, add quality constraints such as various conditions, the after check add driving simulation, according to the simulation results of debugging constraint conditions, to make the simulation environment closer to real conditions;(4) The simulation testIn Adams again on the main shaft of the loom system simulation, based on influence coefficient method, the shaft plane adding trial weights, then calculate the need to add the test weight, then the correction simulation, by writing measurement function to get the simulation curve.From the simulation results, we can get the shaft vibration curve, and the locus of shaft center map. Compare the curve before and after the correction of simulation, the simulation results show that the influence coefficient method can correct the rotor dynamic balance.Through the study, the carpet tufting machine has been further understand, the shafting dynamic balance correction is analyzed and calculated, provides basis for the application, but also improved the carpet tufting machine working quality.this study also has a certain impact on other body dynamic balance correction.
