| In this present paper,the methanol,ethanol,acetone,n-butyl alcohol,water,ethyl acetate,and petroleum ether seven kinds of solvent were used to extract the Camellia pollen,then five contents of the seven solvent extracts were determined,which five components were polyphenols,flavonoids,protein,sugar,carotenoids.Effects of seven solvent extracts on hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic and antioxidant activity were also detected.The relationship between the five component contents and hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic activity were analyzed,and the relationship of the hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic activity and the antioxidant activity was also probed respectively.The kinetic properties of the ethanol extracts from Camellia pollen on pancreatic lipase andα-amlyase was studied,at last,the synergetic activity of ethanol extracts and the factor of hypolipidemic and hpyerglycemic were also discussed.Among the effects of the seven solvent extracts on pancreatic lipase andα-amlyase,better lipase inhibitory showed in the ethyl acetate extracts of Camellia pollen,the same performance of the two extracts was showed in hpyerglycemic activity;different the antioxidant activity was varied in the different solvent extracts;among the seven solvent extracts the methanol and water extracts had better ABTS radical scavenging ability than other solvent extracts;in the the DPPH radical scavenging system,no significant difference in the methanol,ethanol,acetone and n-butyl alcohol extracts were manifested;n-butyl alcohol extracts showed better·OH scavenging activity,while the extracts of ethyl acetate,petroleum ether showed higher reducing power.Correlation analysis between the component contents and the hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic and antioxidant activity showed that the content of the flavonoids had some positive correlation with the hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic activity(P>0.05).Correlation analysis between the antioxidant activity and the hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic activity manifested that negative correlation showed between ABTS radical scavenging ability and hypolipidemic(P<0.05),hpyerglycemic activity(P>0.05);while in the DPPH radical scavenging and FRAP system,the two molde showed positive relationship with the hypolipidemic,hpyerglycemic activity(P>0.05).The kinetic properties of the ethanol extracts from the Camellia pollen on pancreatic lipase manifested that the ethanol extracts possessed lipase inhibitory activity(IC50=(25.62±2.09)mg·mL-1),and it inhibited the pancreatic lipase activity in a reversible anti-competitive type.The synergetic activity results showed that the effects of the ethanol extracts(10 mg·mL-1)and VC was synergistic,the effects showed higher when with lower concentration of VC,the synergistic effects increased 15.69%when with 1 mg·mL-1 VC;obvious synergistic results was showed with the lower concentration of lutin(2.5 mg·mL-1),which increased 34.35%.The kinetic properties of the ethanol extracts from the Camellia pollen onα-amlyase manifested that the ethanol extracts possessedα-amlyase inhibitory activity(IC50=(8.46±1.33)mg·mL-1),and it inhibited theα-amlyase activity in a reversible competitive type,the kinetic constant was Ki=2.213 mg·mL-1.The synergetic activity results showed that the effects of the ethanol extracts(5 mg·mL-1)and VC(1 mg·mL-1)was obviously synergistic,which increased7.27%,and ethanol extracts(10 mg·mL-1)and lutin(1 mg·mL-1)synergetic increased 18.34%.The synergetic effects was increased when ethanol extracts(5 mg·mL-1)and VC(1 mg·mL-1)with lower concentration of VC and gallic acid. |
