In order to reduce harmful greenhouse gas pollution,the trend of heat power technology is taking ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation technology to improve the steam parameter as well as the thermal efficiency of thermal power set.The steam the parameters of ultra-supercritical power generation technology demand heat resistant steel has good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance.Therefore,development of new high chromium steel become a key link in the process of development of ultra supercritical units.T/P92,which is applicable to a high steam temperature at 580 ~ 620 ? and able to manufacture key components such as high temperature heating surface and the main steam pipe in ultra supercritical unit,a new martensite heat-resistant steel is manufactured by adding W elements,and reducing 0.5% Mo.This project is aimed at importing brand market share,and reducing the unit cost,by developing T/P92 steel welding material,Including two diameter of welding electrode and a diameter of welding wire,with a lot of experimental on the performance of deposited metal and joint welding performance.The covering of electrode is the type of sodium with little hydrogen.My determination slag melting point is 1250 ?,slag basicity value BIIW 1.98,belongs to the high basicity of alkaline slag.P92 steel welding joint satisfy certain toughness at room temperature,for equipment when it comes to a start,stop or maintenance.The diffusion hydrogen content in the welded joint is the main factor of impact toughness at room temperature.Heating steam surface belongs to equipment in operation phase may be over 620 ? high temperature.On the basis of these technical requirements,I measured the mechanical properties of the electrode deposited metal and the diffusion hydrogen content.Through the inclined Y type groove welding crack detection,I measured the cold crack sensitivity and hot cracking sensitivity.The impact test method is used to measure the brittle transition temperature.Ac3,Ac1,Ms and Mf are measured by using automatic transformation instrument.I analyzed the material of high temperature tensile fracture morphology by using SEM.I measured the mechanical properties of deposited metal electrode at room temperature,the critical transition temperature and brittle transition temperature,and conducted deposited metal 600 and 650 ? tensile experiment at the deposited metal of welding wire.
