Ecological security is the basis of human beings' survival;Meanwhile,it is also the major foundation for sustainable development of social economy.The overall evaluation on ecological security is the focal point of studying ecological security and the basis for a country's and government's drawing up related policies of ecological protection and development planning.Therefore,setting up a scientific and suitable model of evaluating the ecological security comprehensively makes much sense to the construction and protection of ecological security.This thesis mainly includes the followings:(1)Ecosystem is a multi-layered,multi-attribute and multi-dimensional system.Besides,the evaluative index of ecosystem and its weight are difficult to determine and the evaluation is lack of objectivity.In view of these problems,the researcher developing a new idea that the evaluator can observe the data directly and then simulates the data by means of computer and finally tests them put forward a method based on the Projection Pursuit to evaluate the ecological security and she also constructs the Projection Pursuit Model.Moreover,the researcher who takes the ecological functional zones—Qianlian Mountains as an example chooses 10 of them set up in 2015 and constructs an evaluative model of it,based on the Projection Pursuit.(2)On the basis of analyzing and studying the evaluative model by means of the Projection Pursuit,the researcher concludes that the essence of applying this model into solving problems is the optimum solution of the objective function of the model.The objective function of the evaluative model used in ecological functional zones of Qianlian Mountains is complex and non-linear.Because of these limitations,in this thesis the researcher using iterative method adopts Cat Swarm Optimization to get the the optimum solution of the objective function of the model.She first finds out the best direction and characteristics of projection of the 10 functional zones in Qianlian Mountains and then makes an evaluation on the ecological security.This thesis combines the Projection Pursuit Model with Cat Swarm Optimization,solving the problem of evaluating the ecological security in Qianlian Mountains.The researcher not only makes an accurate evaluation on ecological security,but finds out the major factors influencing ecological security,which provides reasonable suggestions of protecting ecosystem for governments everywhere.
