With the amount of UV radiation increasing and short-wave technology,production and life of human have significant impact and harm.Avoid excessive ultraviolet radiation to human,reducing the aging of polymer materials has become very important,and a lot of new anti-UV reaents have been develop.But until now,there are a number of UV absorbers of polymer,monomer compounds modest,and the total polymer,there are some disadvantages,such as poor solubility,antioxidant activity is low,and easy to decompose the process of dissolution.The target compound of phenyl-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-malonate acid-bis-(1,2,2,6,6–tertramethyl-4-piperidinyl)ester was synthesized respectively by transesterification and alkylation with phenyl diethyl malonate as starting material,the overall yield is arrived at 59%.In transesterification,first time using a weak base as catalyst,not only savings cost,but also reduce environmental pollution.On the other hand,by replace of 2,6-ditert-butyl-4-(dimethylamino)methylphenol with 4-(bromomethyl)-2,6-ditert-butylphenol,the cost reduced greatly 80%.
