China is the world's largest household appliance producer and consumer.Every year there is numerous television and computers need to be scrapped,produced a large number of waste lead electronic glasses,lead electronic glasses contain high level of lead which will threaten human health and impose ecological environment hazard.On the other hand,waste lead glass is a huge lead ore.China is in the first place of lead production,waste leaded glass coordinate with existing lead smelting raw material considered as the most promising industrialization approach solving the problem of lead electronic glass.This research is on the base of lead smelting technology,in accordance with the characteristic of waste screen material through the thermodynamics theory analysischemical analysis,phase analysis and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis in other to systematically study the compatibility of abandoned leaded glass and lead smelting technology.The above analyses help us to find out the best reduction condition as well as optimization of process parameters to provide direct reduction theory basis of high lead slag by adding lead glass.We get the following conclusions:Theoretical analysis and exploratory experimental study show that in the process of reduction,ZnO,FeO cannot be reduced by CO;C reduces PbO firstly,and then reduces ZnO;both PbO and PbO·SiO2 can be reduced by CO;the phase of lead-rich slag is given priority to with lead silicate;however,lead oxide is relatively small.Lead exists in the form of lead silicate glass in leaded glass,this has certain similarities with lead-rich slag;put leaded glass into lead smelting process,not only recycle contained lead,but also recycle SiO2 which can replace industrial use of quartz sand.The research on the influence of reductive slag properties of addition amount of lead glass shows that the density of reducing slag decreases with increasing temperature under the high temperature,the reducing slag viscosity falls with growing temperature till flat,there is no obvious turning point,belongs to long slag;reducing slag viscosity increases with the adding lead glass,when addition amount of lead glass researches 10%,there is no relative big change of reducing slag viscosity;when addition amount of lead glass researches more than 20%,reducing slag viscosity significantly increases which is not conducive to smelting;with the increase of reductive slag viscosity,lead content in reducing slag rise sharply as well which is unfavorable to lead slag separation,therefore,addition amount of high lead slag in lead glass is 10%.Lead-rich slag adding leaded glass direct reduction technology research shows that the reduction experiment is affected by comprehensive factors which include distribution carbon amount?reduction temperature?reduction time?calcium-silicate ratio and iron-silicate ratio.Under the condition of carbon-oxygen ratio is 0.8?reduction temperature is 1230?,reduction time is 70 minutes,calcium-silicate ratio is 0.7,iron-silicate ratio is 1.4,reduction shows the best result with the recovery rate of lead in crude lead is 97.36%,the recovery rate of zinc in reduction slag is 85.19%,the lead is 0.53%.
