The flying shear is one of the core equipment of metallurgical industry plate in cross cutting unit,Its main function is shearing plate continuously.With the rapid development of control technology and motor technology,the performance of the control system of flying shear requirements is also rising.The traditional PID with simple structure is easy to implement,but robust is not ideal when system has parameter variations and external disturbances.Factional order PID controller is PID controller extension to the fractional domain,thanks to the rapid development of computer technology recent years,the digital implementation of fractional operators become possible,and application of the fractional order controller has gained wide attention.In order to achieve the goal of improving the performance of the control system of flying shear,we take some reseach about the application of fractional controller in the system of flying shear.Firstly,we do some studies comprehensively based on the technology background of the flying shear principle and flying shear control principle.Then,we studied about the basis of the theory of fractional calculus,especially,focusing on the implementation of fractional operator and the tuning method of the factional order PID controller parameters.Secondly,we design and Simulate the factional order PID controller about the shearing speed control problem,the simulation results show that the system,using amplitude and phase margin setting method of factional order PID controller,has a better dynamic performance than the traditional PID controuler systerm,and the system has a strong anti disturbance when parameters changed.Finally,we designed fuzzy fractional order PID controller by combined factional order PID controller and fuzzy controller,showed the parameter self tuning method of the fuzzy factional order PID controller,and taken some simulation experiments.The simulation results shows that fuzzy fractional order factional order PID controller effectively reduces the overshoot of the system and improve the quality of the speed control system of flying shear.Factional order PID controller and and fuzzy factional order PID controller of the flying shear control introduced in this thesis is a try,they conform to the current trend in the field of industrial control,towards the development of informatization and intelligence.However we,there still be some problems,need to do continous efforts of providing a theoretical basis for the development of flying shear and factionalorder PID controller.
