Modeling Researches On Continuous Annealing Furnace Of Strip

Taking a certain stainless strip continuous annealing furnace as the main object.Introducing the production process of it.The study respectively developed mathematical models based on the ideas of ternary model for the heating and cooling section.And setting up the mathematical models of stainless strip annealing furnace process.Based on the energy balance equation,and using the method of dynamic mathematic to describe the steady-state process.And then we will get the gas temperature field,strip field and wall filed.Using the energy balance equation of thermocouple to get the furnace temperature filed.And to further identify the control parameters of continuous annealing furnace.According to the established mathematical model and the features of annealing process,the different specifications of strip annealing process is simulated.And analying the influence on strip thermal process,such as different strip grade,the TV value,width,quantity of fuel,emissivity of strip surface,speed of gas,air preheat temperature,air consumption coefficient cooling volume and jet speed.Analying the effect of some operating parameters on the continuous annealing furnace heat absorption rate,such as different strip grade,the TV value,width,quantity of fuel,emissivity of strip surface and so on.Provides theoretical guidance for the industrial furnace temperature control and the real-time tracking of strip temperature.
