Due to the rapid development of many emerging industries,the demand for steel quality is increasing day by day.For iron and steel enterprises,the most critical equipment for the development of high-quality steel is the continuous annealing furnace of cold-rolled strip steel,which has been further promoted in the quality management of cold-rolled strip steel.Annealing process of annealing furnace is the most important process in cold rolled strip steel.Annealing temperature determines the micro structure and mechanical properties of strip steel.Therefore,how to control the temperature of continuous annealing furnace of cold rolled strip steel accurately will be extremely important to the quality of the steel produced.First of continuous annealing production line and the continuous annealing furnace process were studied,and analyzed the factors that influence the strip temperature on the temperature control of the fast cooling process of annealing furnace is analyzed,by controlling the water-cooled roller position and segment of the fast cooling fan speed control the acceleration of injection gas and cooling gas flow to regulate the temperature of a strip,the problems existing in the research period of temperature control of the fast cooling,will cold rolled strip steel related to establish the mathematical model of the fast cooling.Then,the PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control algorithm and control principle of indepth research,aiming at annealing furnace temperature control system,PID control and fuzzy control organic link,make the fuzzy PID control algorithm,at the same time,the application of MATLAB software PID and fuzzy PID algorithm for simulation.It can be seen from the comparison results that the fuzzy PID algorithm has better stability and faster reaction speed to control the annealing furnace temperature system.Finally,according to the requirements of the temperature control system of continuous annealing furnace,the selected hardware of Siemens s7-300 PLC is selected,and the STEP 7 programming software is used to design the temperature control system of continuous annealing furnace.All parameters are self-adjusted online through fuzzy PID,ensuring the control accuracy of the system.Simulation experiments are used to effectively check the design scheme.Finally,the results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm is more stable and accurate than the previous temperature control,and can meet the temperature control requirements of annealing furnace.
