This paper focuses on the strip deviation problem of continuous annealing furnace in Shougang Jingtang 2230 continuous annealing line.Combined with production data statistics and analysis,the finite element method is used to simulate the strip deviation phenomenon in the continuous annealing furnace and the strip deviation mechanism is explored.Moreover,it summarizes the control measures of strip deviation in 2230 continuous annealing furnace,and forms a set of effective anti-deviation control strategy for continuous annealing production of the limit wide specification product.It is of great significance to reduce the strip deviation and maintain the running stability of the plate.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Based on the large-scale industrial production data of 2230 continuous annealing line,it is found that there is a close relationship between the initial shape of strip and the strip deviation.The fluctuation of the initial shapes of the strip in the head and tail are larger than the others.They are also the area where the strip deviation is concentrated.(2)The concept of strip deviation sensitivity of initial shape is put forward,and the distribution of strip deviation in the annealing furnace is studied at different initial flatness by using the finite element method.It's found that when the shape defects are determined,with the increase of strip thickness,transverse strip deviation increases gradually.In the case of certain transverse distribution of wave shape,the transverse strip deviation decreases with the increase of wave length,and the decrease of wave height.(3)The definition of the strip deviation rate in continuous annealing furnace is presented.The statistical method is utilized to analyze strip deviation rate in 2013 and the influence factors on strip deviation.It is found that the deviation is very serious in 2013,and the monthly average deviation rate is 67.5%.The symmetry of edge wave,the symmetry of rib wave and shape amplitude have significant influence on the strip deviation.(4)Based on the plate shape optimization control of limit wide specification product and strip anti-deviation control,a series of control measures are adopted to effectively control and prevent strip deviation.With improving the plate shape quality of the wide plate,the strip deviation rate of limit wide specification product is decreased significantly.After the anti-deviation control measures are applied,the stop and deceleration times caused by strip deviation in furnace are significantly reduced,and the validity of the control measures is also tested.This work is about strip deviation in continuous annealing furnace in Shougang Jingtang 2230 continuous annealing line.Based on the mechanism of the strip deviation of wide plate,statistical analysis of production data and optimization of production line process operation and control model,the strip deviation rate is reduced and the running stability of strip is improved in annealing furnace.
