Compared to the conventional wet coke quenching process,the CDQ process has advantages of energy and water conservation,environmental protection,and improvement in the coke quality.CDQ waste heat boiler is an important part of the entire CDQ process,as well as one set of energy-saving environmental protection equipment.Drying coke waste heat boiler and drum level is a key factor in the safe operation of the boiler,therefore,the automatic adjustment of the boiler equipment should always start from the automatic adjustment for the drum level.To develop an automatic regulatory system of the liquid level of boiler with simple structure,reliable working system and usableness for the drum liquid level control of the dry quenching exhaust-heat boiler has important research significance and application value.Against the defects and limitation of the current automatic regulatory system of cascade three-impulse liquid level,the paper proposes the modification scheme of an automatic regulatory system of single-impulse inductive liquid level.Both modeling and site operation indicate that it can meet the operation demand of dry quenching exhaust-heat boiler fully.The main research work of the paper is as below:(1)The paper makes feasibility analysis of the modification,formulates the modification scheme,and introduces the working principle of system structure of the automaticregulatory system of single-impulse inductive liquid level as well as the low cost,safety and reliability.Moreover,the paper expounds the core components of the automaticregulatory system of inductive liquid level:the working principle,structure,operation transfer function and dynamic feature of automatic regulator of inductive liquid level.(2)Combining with simulation software KED,the paper modeled the automaticregulatory system of single-impulse inductive liquid level,simulated the operation situation of boiler in different cases,and analyzes the operation data.Moreover,it establishes balance diagram according to data so as to display the stable operation of the boiler.In addition,the paper applies the automaticregulatory system of single-impulse inductive liquid level to the actual production of one dry quenching exhaust-heat boiler,analyzes the commissioning and operation result of the system and compares it with the operation data of the automaticregulatory system of cascade three-impulse liquid level.The result indicates that the automaticregulatory system of single-impulse inductive liquid level can fully meet the quality requirement of the boiler drum liquid level regulation.Moreover,it has better universality and economy.The CDQ automatic adjustment system in this paper has been on trial in the actual production,the application of the liquid level regulator described in this paper could not only ensure continuous adjustment of the liquid level,but avoid the procedures of parameter tuning,which has a low-cost,and provides safety and reliability,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen its research and promotion.
