The production of biodiesel from gutter oil is important for ensuring food safety,preventing environmental pollution,and expanding energy diversification.However,the lack of special automated supporting equipment for gutter oil production of biodiesel has become a bottleneck that hinders the high-speed,healthy and vigorous development of the industry.In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency caused by the difficulty of removing solidified gutter oil and the problem of disposal of contaminated oil drums,an innovative technical route was proposed to cut the oil drums to increase the structural openness of the drums in order to combine the biodiesel production process with the drum recycling.And for this technical route and related equipment was studied,the main research content is as follows.(1)A theoretical and experimental study was conducted on the roll shear of rotary thinwalled parts using a standard metal oil drum as the research object.It is found that the superposition of the original deformation of the oil drum and the roll shear deformation and the uneven support caused by the uneven cutting are the main reasons for the failure of the cutting of large diameter rotary thin-walled parts.(2)The cross-cutting process of oil drums was investigated.The main factors affecting the cutting problem are analyzed,and a two-factor synergistic floating feed solution based on the original deformation and the squeezing force is determined.By establishing a roll shear calculation model and an automatic floating feed mechanism,the control of the roll cutting force is realized and the adaptive feed is based on the original shape of the part to be cut.(3)The cross-cutting processing equipment for oil drums was studied.Based on the cutting theory research of oil drums and cross-cutting processing process analysis,the structure design of the cross-cutting device of oil drums was carried out to solve the end cap removal problem of oil drums;in order to improve the reliability of the equipment and the service life of the tool,and the key mechanisms such as the circular tool plate,the tool dynamics analysis was carried out by ANSYS WORKBENCH software.(4)The longitudinal cutting and leveling integration of oil drums was studied.The longitudinal cutting and leveling integration equipment of oil drums was designed to solve the longitudinal cutting problem of oil drums.(5)The integration of oil drum preheating,oil drum cross-cutting and oil drum longitudinal cutting and leveling equipment was studied.According to the technical route of oil drum handling,the principles of automatic drum loading,drum preheating,drum cross-cutting,and drum longitudinal cutting and leveling equipment of the production line were proposed through the layout of the production line,and the layout of the production line was reasonably planned to determine the layout plan.(6)The control system of the production line is studied.Based on the hardware equipment of the production line,combined with the actual production situation of the enterprise,the distributed control strategy of the production line is proposed,and the control system of the production line is designed and completed,and the joint tuning and joint testing of the production line is completed.This paper is a research work combined with actual production conditions,so that the theoretical research is closer to the actual production conditions of the factory,which is an important theoretical guidance for the workshop design,equipment manufacturing and actual production process.
