Research On Evaluation Index System Construction And Evaluation Method Of The Green Mining Of Metal Mines

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the contradiction between supply and demand imbalance of metal minerals is increasing day by day.The problems of environmental pollution,ecological imbalance and waste of resources are threatening the sustainable development of society and economy.China should follow its own special conditions,take a green mining as the core of the metal mining green road.In view of this,how to find an effective evaluation of whether the realization of green mining of the mining method for the development of green mining is essential and urgent.In this paper,the green mining of metal mines in China as the starting point,establishes a comprehensive index system which meets the requirements of China's mining industry development,meets the requirements of green mining and embodies the concept of green mining of metal mines,and provides a scientific evaluation system for metal mining enterprises.Mining process is green to provide a theoretical basis.Firstly,on the basis of the theory of sustainable development,cleaner production and circular economy,combined with the existing theory of green mining of coal mines,this paper proposed the green mining of metal mine and the green mining of metal mine Concept,connotation and specific content of the project.Secondly,based on the analysis of resource consumption and environmental impact of the mining process,the non-green factors and green factors in the mining process are compared in detail.On the basis of this,combined with the policies and regulations,theoretical literature and expert opinions,The green mining evaluation index system of metal mines.The index system combines qualitative indexes with qualitative indexes,including 5 criteria layers and 18 evaluation indexes,which can comprehensively analyze the process technology and equipment of green mining,pollutant discharge,resource development and utilization,pollutant recovery Use and green management and environmental protection level of five aspects of evaluation.After the elaboration and analysis of the green mining evaluation process and method of metal mine,the weight of the index is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The comprehensive evaluation of the green mining of the metal mine is carried out by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking the A mine and the B mine as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the green mining index system of metal mines.(1)According to the evaluation results,it is possible to provide enterprises with accurate green exploitation level and green mining development suggestion,(2)and moreover,it can be used as the basis for the evaluation of green mining.(3)The fuzzy compre hensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green mining of metal mine,which is accurate,simple and feasible.
