The cigarette production of company has improved 1 million cases in 2013.With the improvement of cigarette production,requirement for the quality of the cigarettes is also increasing.In fact,the appearance quality of cigarette carton is an important flaw detection chain.Inside the logistic system industry,quality of the products technical research not enough has been done,which causes problem of tape desert,tape side fold,box flip folds at a high level.Their production per unit leads to the continuously increase of damage and equipment failure rates for the subsequent part of the logistic,if there problems can't be accurately solving.The defective products breaker in the market will bring bad effect to Septwolves'brand.This paper suggests applying a machine vision technique to detect the quality of cigarette carton adhesive tape,which reduces the problem of appearance quality.First,the author studies the detection system wholly,completes ware selection(e.g.select camera,lens,light source)and system construction.Meanwhile,selects lighting method and design removing imperfections apparatus according to production site layout.The present devices are rational distributed.Second,we researches image algorithm which includes the gray of the digital image,filtering,sharpening,segmentation,two valued,feature extract overall treatment process of the age correlation algorithm.On this basis,select suitable digital image processing algorithm.At the same time,calibration technique is researched and calibrating error is tested through the experiment.At last integrates parts of electrical,mechanical,PLC control,to form a machine vision detecting device,which accesses to clear and stable image that meets the testing requirements after practically testing.This research established foundation to detect imperfections effectively.Furthermore,this paper adds an automatic logistic system for cigarette carton transport link,which can detect the quality of cigarette carton adhesive tape reliability and comprehensively.Camera that installs in transfer line of cigarette carton collects image of the quality adhesive tape.The image processing system features target extraction(e.g.area,quantity,position,length).According to the predetermined allowable degree for output result,excludes erectly nonconforming product,to realize on-line automatic detection in production process.Worker masters the operation of the system and handle exceptions in time,to keep the defective products out of next link,which leads to the logistic system fault,to affect the normal production of the workshop.The inspection device gets appearance image about cigarette carton adhesive tape reliability,detects and excludes defective products to satisfy production requirements.Meanwhile,according to the historical data of the image,the service engineer maintains case packer pertinently,to improve the operating quality.
