With the increasing scarcity of mineral resources,the development trend of metal mine mined ore to the deep,and some hard rock stability of poor ore bodies,this trend is bound to be faced with pressure control and engineering design,and other thorny issues.Rock mass quality classification is a prerequisite for solving such problems and the fundamental guarantee,there are a lot of rock mass classification method in which Barton Q system classification method most widely used worldwide,especially for rock mass classification of underground engineering.However,the use Barton Q system was not a more explicit use of the process,leading to the use of the process is not clear,is not standardized;Barton Q scoring system is an experiential values of the classification method relies on,often because of subjective factors involved,resulting in classification results inaccurate and low labor efficiency;In addition,the structural parameters and design engineering support,relying on manual calculations,search map,resulting in the use of the process cumbersome and inefficient.To solve the Barton Q-system classification arising from the use of problem,we conducted a study of the following contents.Firstly,access to a large number of documents and?engineering survey norms?and other relevant information,combined with field experience Q system,the study concluded that the use of Q-system processes.The process includes:identifying and rock quality division of the survey area,survey methods evaluated in three steps.Secondly,from the quantitative and rapid values aspects,thorough research and analysis on parameters Q system method.Through a portable drilling equipment and digital statistical techniques to achieve a quick access RQD value;Based on sirovision equipment,the value of the new method is proposed Jn,Jr,to achieve a rapid,accurate values;Judging by establishing clear conditions improved the original Barton Ja standard values,reducing the influence of the coefficient of experience,make the results more accurate values.Thirdly,using Visual Studio language,Hoops platform,BCG interface library,developed the structure parameters and supporting design software,which can be quickly and easily structural parameters and supporting design.Finally,this research applies Jiaojia Gold 459 stope,through the standardization process,rapid and quantitative method parameter values and efficient software that enables rapid assessment of rock quality,and validated by CMS,with good effect.This research has some significance for rock mass rapid evaluation of other projects.
