With the background of development and preparation roadway of Renlou Coal Mine,through research and literature access methods,19 development and preparation roadways were collected,the problems existing the support of development and preparation roadway of Renlou Coal Mine are obtained.The present situation and the economic benefits of the differential support are analyzed,the objects of the roadway differential support includes five aspects:the service life,the lithology of the stratum,the top bottom and two sides,the influence of the ground pressure and the type of the region.The design idea and technical path of the differential support of Renlou Coal Mine are put forward.The factors influencing the stability of the surrounding rock are analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis of the main factors and parameters are carried out.The uniaxial compressive strength and buried depth are chosen as the most important parameters for the stability classification.The development and preparation roadway roof,bottom,side classification index and the overall classification index are researched.The stability of the surrounding rock is divided into five categories,the basic support scheme of all kinds of roadway is put forward.Using MySQL to construct the sample database,including the type of roadway,the type of the region,the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock,the supporting parameters and the evaluation of the support effect,and so on.In the database,50 development and preparation roadways of the five typical mines in the Wanbei mining area were collected,5500 datas are contained.Through the Visual Studio 2010,C#,combined with the MySQL database,the differential support intelligent decision support system of development and preparation roadway is developed,including the start module,roadway database module,security management module,user management module,system operation module.This paper introduces the application of the system and the engineering verification.The results show that the system has a certain reliability.The FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to further verify the reliability of the different support parameters.The results show that the different support parameters can meet the support of three different lithology conditions.
