The role of the flame arrester is to prevent the fire outside from fleeting to the inside of the device,which is full of flammable or explosive gases.It also prevents the fire from spreading along the pipe to undermine fire safety devices,flame arrester has now been widely used in petrochemical industry,natural gas transportation and other fields.Arrester is an important safety device,,the fire-arrester capability is key to assessing the quality of the arrester.We must check the arrester seriously when it claims for qualification in order to better serve the petrochemical,natural gas other production security industry.This thesis compares the performance of domestic and foreign arrester test standards,combined with the current situation,we summarize the methods and requirements,which are applicable to tank,pipe end or trap performance tests.Based on the existing flame arrester performance testing device,combined with data acquisition and processing of computer technology,this thesis designs a monitoring system,which is accord with the testing standard of the data collection,recording,analysis process.By recording and analysing with the flame arrester strain,temperature,acquisition flame,vibration and other parameters,so as to automatically detect fast flame arrester performance parameters to accurately determine whether the performance indicators of the arrester has established national standard.The system is mainly to complete the configuration of explosive mixed gas of experimental work.The system also completes the testing work of combustion gas explosion pressure,speed and temperature of the flame.The system finally completes data analysis and processing work.The test of the system is aimed to the arrester performance,this thesis focuses on the electronic ignition system,the DC high voltage power supply,data collection,and do building block design.We use electronic ignition mode in the ignition system of the testing equipment.With an adjustable DC high voltage power supply directly applied to the two electrodes of the spark plug ignition,advancing the acquisition of pressure,temperature,air-fuel ratio and other information to make the system suitable for the ignition conditions.The system acquire data by using data acquisition card to connect various detectors.Collected data includes ion current,voltage and other data.The system then convert this data into numerical information,which is required for testing.By making a combination between the virtual instrument technology of PXI bus and Windows operating system,and using Lab VIEW high efficiency graphics application development environment with virtual instrument programming to design the control interface of the testing system.We can deal with the interface to complete human-computer interaction.In this way,this thesis can easily complete the test of various properties of the flame arresters.
