Research on the amplification process of catalyst preparation is the key and prequisite for realizing catalyst industrial production.Based on the Cu-Zn-Al catalyst of dimethyl adipate hydrogenation prepared in the laboratory,the preparation of catalyst magnified five times and ten times were studied separately.We can find the suitable conditions for preparing the catalyst.First of all,the original Cu-Zn-Al catalyst prepared in the laboratory was magnified five times,and then they were prepared through changing precipitation method,precipitation temperature,mixing speed and charging rate.In a high temperature and high pressure micro-reactor,the effect of catalyst preparations was studied.The best synthesis conditions were as follows: precipitation method was co-precipitation method,precipitation temperature was 95?,mixing speed was 150 r/min and charging rate was 30 mL/min,the conversion of dimethyl adipate and the selectivity of 1,6-hexanediol reach the highest level,were 100% and 79.64%,respectively.Secondly,the original Cu-Zn-Al catalyst prepared in the laboratory was magnified ten times,influencing factors such as mixing speed,charging rate,precipitation temperature and aging time were investigated in a high temperature high pressure mic-roreactor.The best synthesis conditions were as follows: mixing speed was 150 r/min,charging rate was 30 mL/min,precipitation temperature was 95?and the aging time was 2 h,the conversion of dimethyl adipate and the selectivity of 1,6-hexanediol reach the highest level,they were 100% and 74.80%,respectively.At last,A series of catalysts which were magnified five times and ten times were prepared,in a high-pressure hydrogenation reactor,these catalysts interaction for 1,6--hexanediol synthesis through dimethyl adipate hydrogenation were studied.The results are as follows: the conversion of dimethyl adipate is 100%,the selectivity of 1,6--hexanediol is 98.50% for catalysts which were magnified five times;the conversion of dimethyl adipate is 100%,the selectivity of 1,6-hexanediol is 91.60% for catalysts which were magnified ten times.
