Under the "Made in China 2025" environment,domestic manufacturing enterprises generally need to upgrade their technologies.At present,most domestic small and mediumsized forging enterprises still use traditional manual forging production lines.With the increase of labor costs and the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for product quality,the existing processing and production methods can no longer meet the market demand.In this paper,according to the requirement of automatic transformation of medical scissors hot forging production line put forward by a forging company,based on the horizontal project of school-enterprise cooperation,the automatic production line of medical scissors hot forging was transformed,and the corresponding automatic pick-up and delivery device was designed to realize the automatic loading and unloading of blanks between forging equipment.In the overall situation of “Made in China 2025”,domestic manufacturing enterprises generally need to perform technology upgrade.Presently,most of small and medium-sized forging enterprises in China still employ a traditional artificial forging production line.With increasing of labor costs and continuous improvement of a requirement of a customer for product quality,an existing processing and production mode may not meet a market demand.In the paper,an automatic hot forging production line for a medical scissor is transformed,and a corresponding automatic fetching device is designed to realize automatic loading and unloading of blanks between forging devices based on a horizontal project of a schoolenterprise cooperation,and in combination with a requirement of performing automatic transformation on a hot forging production line for the medical scissor proposed by a forging company.In the paper,design and research are performed on the transformation for the forging production line of the medical scissor and an automatic feeding device.First,deeply analysis is performed on a research status of transforming and designing the forging production line at both home and abroad,and an improvement method is provided for defects existing in the existing artificial forging production line.Then,an overall scheme design is performed based on the improvement method.Preliminary design and analysis are performed on a key structure design and a control system design of the automatic feeding device based on a work environment,a production requirement and a production line layout of an original production line.Design for a heat transfer structure and a plane feeding system of the automatic feeding device is performed based on an overall planning scheme,thereby optimizing a structural design parameter,and some structural design parameters in an actual working condition are adjusted by example verification.In addition,a control system of the automatic feeding device for the medical scissor is designed,and a pneumatic and electrical system of the control system is designed.A schematic diagram,hardware selection and man-machine interface design of the control system are described.Finally,a prototype of the automatic feeding device for the medical scissor is manufactured based on the above design scheme.A function of each part of the prototype is tested to determine a most stable operating beat.A feasibility of the design scheme is also verified.The automatic feeding device for the medical scissor developed in this topic can efficiently complete blank clamping and automatic transportation between workstations,realize the semi-automation of a medical scissor forging production,and replace a traditional production mode.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the medical scissor forging production,to improve a quality of a hot forging medical scissor,and to reduce the production cost and labor intensity.There are 98 figures,22 tables and 96 references in this paper.
