Because of its simplicity and nutrition,wet noodles have been playing an important role in people's dietary life since ancient times.However,at present,the production of wet noodles is mostly made by hand in small workshops,and there are problems such as poor sanitary conditions,noodle quality can not be guaranteed,and the overall yield is too low,so it is difficult to achieve large-scale production.In this context,the focus of this paper is on the research of automatic wet noodles production and its key process equipment.lines that meet the needs of the industry.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,analyze the current situation of domestic and foreign noodle making technology and wet noodle production,and determined the design idea and design concept.Through the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and multi-attribute decision-making method(VIKOR)to determine the most suitable process route for the industrial production of wet noodles.Secondly,for the key process equipment in the production line calendering device,cooking air cooling device,fuel injection device,loosening device,assembly device were designed respectively,and on this basis through Solid Works 3D modeling and virtual assembly,and the working principle and workflow is illustrated.Then,the most important calendering device in these process equipment is further selected and designed,the main research objects include executive components,transmission components,distance adjustment components,and strive to save cost and ensure safety,can meet the best performance of production as far as possible.Ultimately,use ANSYS software to perform statics and dynamics simulations on the key components of the calendering device.The simulation results demonstrate that the process equipment designed in this topic conforms the needs of various indicators,and has high security and stability.At the end of the paper,it summarizes the process equipment which cannot be further designed due to the limitation of space.The research results of this topic provide a new idea for noodle production industry,contribute to the development of modern food industry automation production,and have a certain extent of reference for similar food machinery design.
