As ships transport frequently at sea,the number of oil spill accidents is increasing.The frequent offshore oil spill has seriously endangered the marine ecological environment.How to effectively reduce the occurrence of oil spill has been an important part of maritime transportation,and also a work of port management.Since 1980s,the database and the data acquisition technology has made remarkable progress,which led to the explosive growth of data,especially the automatic identification system used in maritime transport(AIS)developed rapidly,the system contains abundant data and shipping related,can provide effective content to solve the port related matters.In the face of many data,how to excavate effective information from it is also an urgent problem to be solved at present.In this context,all kinds of data mining technology came into being,among which clustering technology is an important direction,and the hidden rules of data can be found.Based on the above problems,this paper mainly studies the situation of ship oil spill in Ningbo harbor town.First,this paper describes the situation of the town and the Harbour District,Yongjiang geographical position,the natural environment of channel.Under the above situation,this paper further introduces the main pollution sources of Ningbo port,analyzes the risk of oil spill in ship traffic,and introduces the main influencing factors of oil spill in the oil tanker,and thinks that the ship behavior will have an important influence on the oil spill accident.Therefore,this paper constructs a model of ship behavior recognition based on AIS data,establishes a mathematical model of ship trajectory clustering,uses DBSCAN clustering algorithm to cluster,deletes noise data,and introduces the identification method of ship shelving point.Based on the above analysis,this paper uses the model and method on the basis of the case analysis of Yongjiang channel.The specific navigation conditions of Yongjiang channel are introduced,and the risk of oil spill accident in Yongjiang channel is evaluated,mainly from the analysis of the three aspects of the oil spill,artificial oil spill and operating oil spilled oil.It is considered that the ship collision and grounding are the main factors caused by the oil spill accident caused by Yongjiang channel.After extracting the AIS data from the harbor area of Ningbo port town,through the calculation of the related models,it is found that there are many dangerous areas in the Yongjiang waterway which are prone to collision.It can be effectively monitored and reasonably planned in the planning of the trajectory of the back route,in order to reduce the collision probability of ships and reduce the occurrence of oil spill accidents..On the basis of case study,relevant improvement strategies are put forward.The research in this paper can provide effective measures for port management at home and abroad,and provide necessary reference for control of related oil spill accidents.
