With the wide application of cluster wells in China,the requirements for wellbore trajectory construction are getting higher and higher.Due to the lack of near-bit measuring equipment,there is a certain lag in the measurement and control of the wellbore trajectory.The real-time control system of the obstacle-avoiding of the cluster wells studied in this paper predicts the further trend of the current wellbore orbit and guides the orbit control of the wellbore by predicting the deviation of the wellbore orbit.In this paper,fuzzy logic combined with adaptive algorithm is used to explore the intelligent control of wellbore orbit,and the main work is as follows:1.The wellbore orbit measurement method is comparatively preferred,and the parameters necessary to describe the wellbore orbit and its calculation model are collated.2.The wellbore trajectory calculation model and the wellbore orbit prediction method are studied,and the prediction of the wellbore orbital deviation is defined.3.Based on the natural parameter curve model and the penalty function method,the real-time design method of three-dimensional obstacle-passing wellbore orbit is established.Through the force analysis of BHA,the method of controlling the wellbore orbit by changing the drilling pressure and tool surface is determined.A fuzzy controller based on predicting the borehole orbit deviation of the wellbore is designed,and its parameter adjustment simulation flow is proposed.The method of applying adaptive algorithm to optimize the fuzzy controller is proposed.Simulation experiments show that the adaptive fuzzy controller has more stable output and better input tracking effect,and has strong adaptability to meet the needs of obstacle tracking control.4.Based on the selection of on-site instrumentation,the design and development of the supporting data acquisition system was completed,and data support was provided for the real-time control system of the wellbore trajectory from the well.5.Based on the vs2010 platform,the real-time control system of the obstacle-passing cluster well track was developed.The integration of borehole track measurement module,borehole orbital analysis module,borehole track control module and data management analysis module,were applied to the site application experiment.Through field application experiments,it is verified that the system has achieved good application results in the construction control of cluster wells,and successfully guided the wellbore trajectory construction,and the well tracking trajectory tracking effect is good.The system can realize the real-time adjustment of the well trajectory based on the prediction of the wellbore trajectory deviation,and also realize the real-time design of the wellbore orbit.Its self-adaptive ability is very strong,and it has important guiding significance for the construction of trajectory control from the obstacle-avioding cluster wells.
