With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,much construction waste has been generated.Environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.It is imperative to develop green economy and circular economy.The resource of urban construction waste has become an urgent problem to be solved at the present stage in China.Construction waste resources in China has achieved preliminary results,but for foreign equipment and technology dependence,and mainly uses the original mineral processing equipment,building garbage treatment equipment developed less,therefore,the study of new building waste recycling technology and equipment has important significance.Based on the analysis of the current situation of construction waste treatment at home and abroad,and summarizing the problems faced by the recycling and disposal of construction waste in China,two typical construction waste disposal processes,mobile integrated and fixed system,are designed.Based on the multi-objective and multi factor characteristics of the evaluation of the two process schemes,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight is proposed for evaluation and multi process optimization.Through the model evaluation,the process of building garbage disposal which is suitable for the current situation mobile integrated production process is finally obtained.Analysis of mobile disposal process and equipment function based on construction waste,the overall structure of the comprehensive treatment equipment for building waste is determined,that is,the separation station of the tyre type mobile crushing sieve.The modular design of the overall structure of the equipment is realized by using the principle of module division for use,assembly and maintenance.Based on the axiomatic design theory and mechanical model analysis,the structural parameters of the equipment frame were designed,and the finite element static analysis was carried out,and the strength of the rack equipment was checked.Due to the bad working environment and the complex force of components,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the components under prestress state were carried out,and the six order natural frequencies and mode shapes were determined.The lightweight design of the frame is designed by using the DOE module in Ansys Workbench,and three sets of optimal design points are obtained.According to these design points,the ship type support was improved and its strength was checked,and the production cost was effectively reduced.
