The construction industry accounts for a large proportion of the China's national economy.China is in the critical period of urban construction.The renovation of old cities and the renewal of urban sectors have produced a large amount of construction waste.Construction waste has a negative impact on the ecological and social environment while with the value of high recycling.Construction waste recycling network as an important part of the construction waste recycling system,the rationality of its construction directly affects the operational efficiency and the pace of construction waste recycling system.In recent years,the development of increasingly mature intelligent algorithms provides an opportunity to solve the multi-objective optimization problem faced by the recycling network.This paper first elaborates on the concept of construction waste and the basic concept of construction waste recycling,analyzes the current situation of China's construction waste recycling,integrates the green idea of low-carbon logistics into the recycling system of construction waste,analyzes the problems existing in the system composition of the construction waste recycling network,and discusses the components of its economic cost and environmental cost.It draws on relevant foreign experience and combines the actual situation in China to establish a recycling network for construction waste.Secondly,the simulation model of the construction waste recycling network is constructed,with the objective of minimizing the economic cost and carbon emission as the objective function.According to the data of P city,the city's construction waste recycling network is optimized and reconstructed.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm(MOPSO)is used to compile the algorithm and case simulation,and the most preferable cost of economic cost andcarbon emission balance is obtained.Scheme to verify the validity and feasibility of the model.The government plays an important role in the construction waste recycling system.Based on the above research results,the sensitivity analysis of the government's reward and punishment measures,including the government to adopt a subsidy or fine for the recovery rate of the recycling classification center,and the carbon tax rate,the two modes of supervision and participation,to obtain the best subsidy and punishment interval.Encourage and stimulate stakeholders to take active measures,such as research and development of new technologies,to enhance the social responsibility and economic interests of the company.The research results of this paper enrich the construction waste resource recycling network system and have certain theoretical guidance and practical value for the government management and the practice of resource-based enterprises.
