With the rapid economic development and continuous advancement of science and technology, the development of the construction industry also has higher quality, higher utilization requirements, and high-rise buildings are moving in a better direction.High-rise buildings are conducive to alleviating the pressure of land tension and improving the land utilization rate. They have a profound impact on the sustainable development of the economy and society, but they also have an impact on the environment.According to a series of environmental assessment norms and regulations promulgated by China and relevant building evaluation standards, environmental impact assessment must be carried out on the project. This study first studied the high-rise building environmental assessment work procedures. The specific processes included engineering analysis, environmental impact factor identification and classification, environmental status investigation, environmental impact prediction and evaluation, pollution and environmental management measures, and public participation, environmental impact economic profit and loss analysis.Taking the Z15 block super high-rise project in the core area of Beijing CBD as an example, according to the project profile and purpose, the pollution source and the status quo of the natural environment, social environment, and environmental quality were investigated and evaluated.Environmental impact prediction and evaluation, environmental impact analysis during construction, and landscape and ecological environment impact assessment.Including the prediction and evaluation of atmospheric environment, water environment, solid waste production, acoustic environment, light pollution, urban landscape impact, and ecological satisfaction, and propose pollution prevention measures and environmental management measures based on the above impact assessment results. Finally, through public participation, the planning and design of the project are more complete and reasonable. And then I carry out environmental economic analysis and total pollutant analysis, and finally give the following conclusions:The air pollution emission rate and emission concentration of construction projects have met the emission standards stipulated in the Beijing Municipal Standard for Integrated Emission of Air Pollutants(DB11/501-2007).Sewage water quality indicators are in line with the limit value standard for discharge into urban sewage treatment plants in the DB11/307-2005 Water Pollutant Emission Standard, and the sewage disposal plan is feasible.Solid wastes are executed according to relevant requirements and will not affect the surrounding environment. After the prediction and adoption of the proposed measures, the impact of noise and light pollution at the plant boundary can be achieved. After the implementation of reasonable measures, the environmental impact during the construction period will not exceed the standard and have little impact. The environmental impact assessment can identify the problems existing in the project and the possible consequences, and propose corresponding countermeasures and measures to reduce the impact on the evaluation and assessment results and solve them.
