In this dissertation,methyl pyromucate,methyl nicotinate and dimethyl sebacate were used as raw materials to react with hydroxylamine to furan-2-carboxylic acid hydroxyamide?FHA?,nicotinyl hydroxamic acid?NHA?and sebacate acid?SAHA?.FHA,NHA,and SAHA were investigated for the flotation performance of three new hydroxamic acids for bastnasite,calcite,and barite.It is also commonly used in the industry for benzhydroxamic acid?BHA?and salicylhydroxamic acid?SHA?were compared to evaluate the collection characteristics of pesticides.In the end,the mechanism of collectors and minerals was analyzed through flotation solution chemistry,infrared spectroscopy,UV spectroscopy,and potentiodynamic potential measurements on mineral surfaces.The main research results obtained are described as follows:FHA,NHA,SAHA,BHA and SHA are the effective collectors of floesson flotation.The flotation recovery rate of cesium bromide is first increased and then increased with the increase of collector dosage.For stability.When the pH of the slurry was 8.0,the agent had the strongest harvesting ability.At this time,90 mg/L FHA,70 mg/L NHA,90 mg/L SAHA,90 mg/L BHA,and 90 mg/L SHA were used against cesaree.The flotation recoveries were as high as 71.9%,75.6%,96%,80%,and 86.5%,respectively.The order of the five hydroxamic acids was FHA<NHA<BHA<SHA<SAHA.The flotation performances of FHA,NHA,SAHA,BHA,and SHA are relatively weak.The flotation recovery rate also increases first and then stabilizes with the increase of collector dosage.The collector concentration is pH 9.0.Preferably,when the dosage of the collector is FHA 50 mg/L,NHA 50 mg/L,SAHA 110 mg/L,BHA 90 mg/L,and SHA 90 mg/L,the corresponding flotation recovery rate of calcite is 30.5%,31%,and 46.07%respectively.,45.12%,47.78%,the collection abilityofthe five collectorswasrankedas FHA?NHA<BHA<SAHA<SHA.FHA,NHA,SAHA,BHA and SHA have a certain ability to collect barite.The recovery rate of flotation increases with the increase of collector dosage and remains stable.Among them,the optimum floatation pH of NHA.for 8,FHA,SAHA,BHA and SHA have an optimal flotation pH of 10;when the dosage of FHA,NHA,BHA and SHA collectors?10 mg/L,the barite flotation recovery is not less than 85%;The amount of SAHA was 50 mg/L,and the barite recovery rate reached a maximum of 89.5%.The five hydroxamic acids had similar ability to collect barite.Hydroxamic acid flotation fluorocarbon antimony mechanism study shows that FHA,NHA and SAHA three hydroxamic acid flotation bastnasite flotation pH of 8.0,when the CeOH2+and Ce?OH?2+logarithmic concentration is equal At the same time,the theoretical surface zero point of lanthanum europium ores?PZC?,when pH=8.06,near the PZC,the localized ions of the fluorocarbon thorium may be Ce3+,CeOH2+,and Ce?OH?2+,and three hydroxyl groups.The tannic acid can change the double electric layer of the fluorocarbon germanium and the slurry interface,and forms the chemical adsorption on the fluorocarbon germanium surface.
