Tin is a strategic resource for national economic development,in the emerging industry position can not be replaced,with tin ore resources are depleting,and the recovery of Fine Cassiterite has become hot.Cassiterite is brittle,and it is easy to produce a large amount of secondary slime in grinding process,recovery of tin slime utilization has been a worldwide problem of mineral processing industry.It is use Sn containing 0.47%low grade cassiterite ore as the researched object,the overall size in the-0.074mm grade,and is typical of the fine grain-fine disseminated,cassiterite and gangue(including harmful impurity minerals)the relationship is complex,which make it is difficult to separate.Based on the research results of process mineralogy of ore,there is carry out experimental research on efficient recovery of cassiterite flotation medicament and technology to achieve efficient recovery of tin slime utilization in order to break up technical bottleneck of China's refractory depleted indium tin antimony separation of multi metal ore concentrate,and solve the key technical problems of low grade,low rate of recovery.By comparing the two liquid flotation with conventional flotation,we can see that there is a big gap between the two liquid flotation and the conventional flotation,and the operation is complex,and the dosage of the reagent is large,so it is temporarily not suitable for the production site.In the floating magnetic gravity combined process test,a new flotation collector,JLS-1#+P86,was obtained through closed circuit test process of Uone rough two fine two sweep".Finally,the flotation tin concentrate with grade I6.68%and recovery rate of 87.48%was obtained.The collector CS-6+P86 use from the ore dressing plant,after"two-two coarse fine sweep" closed circuit flotation flowsheet can be obtained with grade of 16.17%and recovery rate of 85.53%'s flotation tin concentrate;two kinds of flotation reagents of tin concentrate grade is basically the same,new chemical recovery rate is slightly higher than that of field agents,and low consumption of reagent,so it is consider using JLS-1#instead of CS-6.The Na2CO3 inhibitors in the dosage of 1000 g/t,the collector JLS-1#+P86 dosage of 400+100 g/t,magnetic separation magnetic field strength 0.3 T,shaking stroke and time were 14 mm,400 Sub/min conditions,and after the "floating magnet" closed the whole process test,the final grade was 50.25%,tin concentrate product recovery rate is 68.05%,which index is good.Study on chemical and mechanism showed that the cassiterite cassiterite natural floatability is poor,which is need to improve the flotation performance of adding flotation agent,and that the two collectors are anion adsorbed on the surfaces of cassiterite,a new collector JLS-1#+P86,by chemical adsorption in cassiterite surface,which's adsorption performance of cassiterite in surface is better than the collector CS-6+P86.
