Tin is an indispensable material foundation for human life and work.It has many excellent characteristics,is widely used,and has enormous economic value.At present,the industrial use of tin metal is mainly cassiterite.However,in recent years,as the reserves of tin resources have decreased year by year,high-quality cassiterite has been exhausted,and cassiterite is gradually finely mixed.Therefore,fine-grained cassiterite Effective recycling is the main direction of the development of the tin industry.The test object is the fine-grained cassiterite of Hualian Zinc-Indium Company Xintian Concentrator.The amount of cassiteite collector JSY-19 currently used in the plant is 1400g/t,the cost is high,and the tail water is tested.In view of the above problems,the arsenic is in urgent need of finding ways to reduce costs and not pollute the environment under the premise of ensuring the indicators.The new cassiterite collector KX-01 is a modified oxonic acid collector,which is low in cost and non-toxic and harmless.This paper has carried out preliminary experiments on the new cassiterite collector KX-01.It proves that KX-01 has a good harvesting effect on fine-grained cassiterite,which provides a choice for the plant.Firstly,the paper studies the process mineralogy of the cassiterite flotation.The test results show that the ore is composed of various components,the mineralization is complex,the content of the valuable metal Sn is only 0.27%,and the size of the inlay is extremely small.A refractory type of fine-grained tin ore.On the basis of previous research,the exploratory test and conditional test were carried out,and the optimal process flow and chemical system of cassiterite flotation were determined.According to the above conditions,open,closed and comparative tests were carried out.From the results,it is known that KX-is used.01 As a cassiterite flotation collector,the Sn grade of the closed-end final concentrate product is 5.016%,and the recovery rate is 74.075%.Compared with JSY-19,the concentrate grade decreases slightly,but the Sn recovery rate increases by nearly 7 One percentage point indicates that the collector KX-01 can improve the tin recovery rate while ensuring that the concentrate grade meets the industrial requirements,and has a good harvesting effect for the cassiterite.The results of pure mineral flotation test of cassiterite show that the optimal pulp pH range of flotation cassiterite is 6.5~8 when using KX-01 as cassiterite collector,the recovery rate of cassiterite and the dosage of collector KX-01.Positive correlation,when the amount of collector is more than 30 mg / L,the recovery rate of cassiterite tends to be stable;the adsorption measurement test shows that at room temperature,when the pH is about 7,the collector KX-01 is on the surface of cassiterite The adsorption amount is the largest,and the adsorption amount of the agent on the surface of the cassiterite is proportional to the amount of the collector KX-01;the Zata potential measurement results show that the zero point pH of the pure mineral of the cassiterite is about 4.3,in the collector After the action of KX-01,the dynamic potential of the surface of the cassiterite is negatively shifted as a whole,and is mainly adsorbed on the surface of the mineral by chemical adsorption.The results of infrared spectroscopy indicate that the collector KX-01 is chemically bonded on the surface of the cassiterite.It is mainly adsorbed on the mineral surface in the form of chemical adsorption.
