The ID(Inner-Diameter)slicing method based on the ID slicer is one of the main hard and brittle material slicing methods,which has many advantages such as high cutting precision,flexible processing and less pollution.ID saw blades need to be tensioned for increasing the stiffness before working.And the tensioning states of ID saw blade such as the unevenness of cutting edge,stiffness and dynamic characteristics and so on all directly affect the precision of the subsequent slicing process.Therefore,the research on tensioning characteristics of ID saw blades has theoretical and engineering significance for the development of ID slicing technique,and providing reference for the research and application of other annular disks.This study including the following contents:1.The ID saw blade is a kind of widely used annular disk.In order to understand the working characteristics and tensioning significance of the ID saw blade more deeply,the research on the annular disk was carried out.Considering 25 full combinations of edge boundary conditions including inner circle free and outer ring fixed boundary,the mathematical model of annular disks was built and solved.According to the numerical results,the natural frequency,steady state amplitude ratio,limit speed and critical speed of the annular disk under different edge boundary conditions were studied.Furthermore,the inherent advantages and disadvantages of the boundary conditions and the meaning of tension to ID saw blades were all been analyzed further.2.Finite element software was applied to simulate the contact nonlinear and large deformation of ID blade during tensioning process.Contact parameters of the tensioning device and load steps of the ten tensioning bolts were defined in the finite element software.And then the simulation of ID saw blade tensioning process was completed.The influences of tightening times,tightening sequence,pre-tightening force and bias load on the edge unevenness and natural frequency of tensioned ID saw blade were analyzed through simulation results.3.The experiment scheme of ID saw blades tensioning process was designed,and the experimental platform was built.The ID saw blade was quantitatively tensioned by using torque wrench and standard gauge feeler.The blade edge unevenness,stiffness and vibrational response were tested by using a data acquisition card and sensors.The post-processing of experimental data such as noise reduction and frequency domain transformation was carried out.After that,the influence of different tensioning schemes on the tensioning state of the ID saw blade was analyzed and the correctness of the simulation results was verified.4.From the tensioning amount range,tightening times and tightening sequence of tensioning bolts,the tensioning process of ID saw blades was optimized according to the results of theoretical simulation and experimental research,to improve the ID saw blade tensioning quality and enhance the precision of wafer.This provides reference for practical engineering production.
