Plastics are ubiquitous in our lives.However,it don't have attracted and noticed features because most of the plastic product is colorless and transparent or natural white.Therefore,in order to obtain and recognize different colors of plastic products,which is an important thing to research of batching and molding of plastic products based on color recognition technology in this paper.The color sensor is used for color recognition technology to measure color of plastic products and plastic raw materials.Plastic ingredients is not only an important part of the production process,but also the source of the production process.The accuracy of batching directly affects the coloring effect of plastic products and determines the quality of plastic products.It is a key link for plastic molding in plastic processing,which mixed the batching through the moulding process into the colorful of plastic products or blanks.There are the main works finished in this paper as follows:Research on color recognition module.Firstly,this paper researched the principle and performance of TCS3200 color sensor,and built the color recognition device.Secondly,it is important for us to research the relationships between the adjustment parameters of white balance and the detection distance,which is under the detection distance of 5mm~30mm.It is used to modify the adjustment parameters of the white balance by the binomial function.Finally,it is combined with color recognition rules for the recognition accuracy of the color master-batch in the 10mm~15mm.Research on plastic batching.First of all,designing of the function of the batching system.Then,it is used to establish by the hopper 1 for the cutting-stock model.Researched on the air excess material,which is the main source of the error.It is verified by the timing of material that the correctness of the blanking model.However,there is a fluctuation phenomenon in the error of the air excess material.Therefore,it is a good method to use iterative control algorithm to reduce the error caused by air excess over material in the automatic weighing method.So the accuracy of each component can be achieved within 1%.At length,it is researched on the different colors of plastic products or blanks by the same ratio and different ratio proportions.The results show that the RGB value acquired by the color recognition module is si milar to the physical color by Excel.The maximum chromatic aberration ?E<12 between two plastic parts.Although the human eye can be clearly distinguished,it is still able to monitor the production process and control in effectively under certain conditions.
