With the rapid development of Internet and information technology,the global intelligent market shopping,the joint sharing,the intelligent security recognition has become the important goal of the modern enterprise strategic development.In China,food safety,medical safety has become the most popular concern of the social hot issues.COFCO Group Co.,Ltd.was founded in 1949,from the initial grain and oil food trading company to become China's leading food industry diversified product service providers,the success of the production from the field to the family table on the whole industry chain grain and oil food enterprise transformation,its construction of urban intelligence complex,can provide nutritious and healthy food,High quality living space and life service,in which food safety Identification Intelligent Service System can realize COFCO group products can be traced,traceable,the whole process to provide food safety information identification and security.Qingdao Hisense Electrical Appliance Marketing Co.,Ltd.is a new modern enterprise with product research and development,production,sale and after-sale service,and it is a multinational company at home and abroad in the high-speed growth period.Hisense Company based on the line under the market demand for the establishment of branch business strategy to meet different customer purchase demand for the market strategy to create international brands as a competitive strategy.This paper takes COFCO group safe food into Community cooperation project("COFCO Safe Food Project")as study object.In this cooperative project,Hisense is responsible for the COFCO group food Station to provide intelligent Internet video terminal(smart TV)and cloud server,through the Food Safety Identification Intelligent Service System("Intelligent Service System")to ensure that its food sales station in the customer purchase food,can achieve food safety information synchronization capture.Firstly,the present situation and existing problems of intelligent service System are analyzed.By summarizing the current situation of food safety traceability and safety management at domestic market and abroad,classifying the factors of food safety risk from production to consumption,analyzing the effective means of food safety management,laying the foundation for the establishment of effective intelligent service system;Secondly,the paper expounds the safety food traceability from the different aspects of organization of grain group and the multilayer of food supply chain.The intelligent application system constructs the method and the business process,at the same time analyzed the grain safe food item intelligent service system present situation and the existence question analysis,and proposed the intelligent service system optimization plan design;Finally,using the Amoeba management model,Human resource stimulation and data service,etc,this paper expounds the implementation and safeguard measures of the optimization method design of the intelligent service system of the safe food item in COFCO.This article is based on cofco food safety management objectives and principles,the existing intelligent service system business flow reengineering and puts forward system optimization scheme,through the food safety management system optimization to improve food safety service present situation in our country,for the food enterprise product quality information management system to provide the related reference,at the same time hope to cofco community intelligent terminal building system optimization platform provide matching equipment.
