Research On The Implementation Of Flight Safety Management System Of Airlines

Aviation safety management system(SMS)has been established and implemented in all civil aviation enterprises and institutions at present,which is an effective way to improve China's civil aviation safety management level.The core idea of the safety management system is a tool for the organization to manage safety and a systematic safety method to achieve the management of safety management work in advance.Its goal is to continuously improve the overall safety level of the organization.Its core is the two basic processes of risk identification and risk management.This paper emphasis from China southern hubei branch safety management perspective,based on the safety management system of the theory,combined with the construction company and the existing problems in the implementation of the safety management system,the proposed construction of perfect rules and regulations,strengthen the security responsibility appraisal,quantitative risk analysis,build a new security information technology application,and promote the safety performance management,improve the regulatory system,build a new risk source and potential safety hazard,strengthen safety education training,strengthening the construction of safety culture,etc.Series of improvements.By gradually implementing various improvement measures,we can effectively prevent safety risks,improve safety margin,move forward the safety threshold,and systematically improve the overall safety management level of the company,so as to achieve a longer safety cycle.
