Research On The Maintenance Decision Of 1580 Inverter Equipment In Baosteel Hot Rolling Plant

Equipment maintenance strategy is a guide book for enterprises to manage field equipment.It can help enterprises to effectively improve the operation rate of equipment,reduce the direct cost of maintenance,avoid catastrophic accidents and effectively reduce the loss of enterprise failure by formulating equipment maintenance strategy.The study of maintenance strategy for 1580 frequency conversion transmission equipment can examine the current status of maintenance strategy and tap the potential of current maintenance.The existing problems of the strategy,combined with advanced management methods to identify potential improvement points,make the equipment maintenance strategy and enterprise development fully integrated,to ensure the maximum benefit of 1580 production line.Based on the theory of value engineering and RCM,this paper takes the improvement of 1580 frequency converter equipment maintenance strategy in Baosteel Hot Rolling Mill as the research background.Firstly,ABC classification method is used to analyze the current status of 1580 frequency converter equipment maintenance cost,collect equipment maintenance information,evaluate the current equipment maintenance situation,and analyze the existing problems of maintenance strategy.Then the functional structure diagram of the transmission system is drawn,and the repairable components are refined.Through the analysis of the failure modes of equipment,the corresponding maintenance modes are formulated according to the characteristics of different failure modes of components.Then the value engineering judgment scheme is used.On the one hand,the data of maintenance costs of components are collected to calculate the cost coefficients,on the other hand,the functional coefficients are calculated by multi-scale scoring method.The calculation formula of the value coefficient finally obtains the value coefficient of each component.According to the judgment principle of value coefficient,the components that need to be improved are selected to make cost improvement measures.Finally,the maintenance strategy of 1580 frequency conversion transmission equipment after improvement is obtained.This paper puts forward the maintenance strategy of 1580 frequency conversion transmission equipment based on value engineering and reliability,which provides a basis for the maintenance of frequency conversion transmission equipment,and provides a reference for the selection of maintenance strategy of 1580 frequency conversion transmission equipment.It has important practical significance for saving maintenance cost,improving the investment benefit of maintenance strategy enterprises,saving social resources,and so on.At the same time,it can improve the maintenance process of equipment.The comprehensive consideration of degree makes maintenance decision more comprehensive and authoritative.
