Static micro-lubrication is a small amount of cutting fluid,good processing quality,low tool wear and environmentally friendly green processing technology.Electrostatic micro-lubricating droplets have the characteristics of small particle size,low surface tension,high permeability and good adsorption performance,which improves the lubricating performance of cutting fluid.In order to improve the charging performance and lubricating performance of the cutting fluid under the condition of static micro-lubrication,the research on the optimized formula and the milling performance of the green cutting fluid suitable for micro-lubrication were carried out.The main research contents are as follows:1.The friction and wear properties of the main additives of cutting fluid were evaluated,and four-ball friction and wear test was carried out.The experimental results show that triethanolamine oleate has better anti-friction and anti-wear properties and poorer extreme pressure performance,while Triethanolamine borate has better extreme pressure performance but lower tribological properties.After the two compounds are mixed,the extreme pressure performance of the complex solution is further improved on the basis of maintaining the excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties of triethanolamine oleate.2.According to the relevant national standards,the physical and chemical properties of the main additive of cutting fluid were evaluated,and rustproof test,anti-corrosion test and biodegradability test were carried out.The test results show that triethanolamine oleate anti-rust performance and anti-corrosion properties are poor,and triethanolamine borate ester has good anti-rust properties and anti-corrosion properties,the two compound,the compound solution Rust performance and anti-corrosion properties are better,biodegradability also in line with national standards for the green cutting fluid.3.Through the friction and wear test of four-ball and ball-plate,the friction and wear properties of the cutting fluid under the condition of electrostatic micro-lubrication were studied,and other additives of the cutting fluid were selected.The experimental results show that the electromechanical micro-lubrication of the cutting fluid further reduces the friction coefficient and the diameter of the wear spot,and remarkably improves the tribological performance.SEM/EDS analysis of the worn surface shows that the surface of the worn surface of the electromechanical micro-lubrication of cutting fluid is relieved,the furrow is shallow and uniform,the surface is flat and smooth,the adhesion is reduced,the wear surface carbon(C),oxygen)Elemental increase,additive molecules through penetration and the formation of chemical adsorption film with the friction surface,played a role in improving the tribological properties.4.With the workpiece surface roughness,the tool flank wear and tool life as the evaluation index,the cutting fluid static micro-lubrication and dry cutting and micro-lubrication of vegetable oil milling comparative study.The experimental results show that the electrostatic micro-lubrication of the cutting fluid reduces the surface roughness and tool wear,improves the tool life and improves the milling performance.By analyzing the microstructure and element content of the flank wear,the lubricating mechanism of the micro-lubrication of the cutting fluid is revealed.
