Pipeline transportation which is irreplaceable has been playing an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy.Pipeline transportation is the safest and the most effective mode of energy transportation.However,with pipelines increasing and time passing by,the pipeline is always corroded.Because of the huge harm of the pipeline corrosion and complex reasons,pipeline anticorrosion methods were studied.At present the main anti-corrosion methods has coatings for corrosion protection of metals and catholic protection method.If there is ways of the two methods fail,corrosion protection system will fail.The normal operation of Catholic protection system is very important to pipeline protection.The main indexes for evaluation of catholic protection system are pipe-to-soil voltage.In our country,voltage is obtained by manual measurement,amount of data is not sufficient,It is not convenient for data storage and data query,it is inefficient in data analysis.To solve the questions above,this thesis designs pipeline cathodic protection potential Monitoring-warning system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,introduces the harm of pipeline corrosion,two commonly used ways of Pipeline protection,looks back on the developing course and current situation of detection technique of running state Cathodic protection,and proves the necessity of design networked pipeline cathodic protection potential monitoring-warning system based on lack of the operation of cathodic protection system.Secondly,Reasons for forming stray current,its effects in pipeline and cathodic protection system are introduced.The evaluation standard of cathodic protection system are introduced.To determine pipe-to-soil DC potential and pipe-to-soil AC potential as important parameters to measure.Choose the nearly reference method as the way of measurement.The architecture of this system is C/S and 3-tier architecture.The functions of the system is designed.Thirdly,to resolve many problems.Including to choose communication mode.To achieve the trend forecast of pipe-to-soil DC potential based on ELM and S VM.Fourthly,to design function modules of Automatic potential acquisition device.To finish the PCB figures.Lastly,to design function modules of pipeline potential Montitoring-warning software system such as login module,data upload module,authority management module,display of data listing module,potential Montitoring-warning module,running state analysis of the pipeline cathodic protection analysis module,trend forecast of pipe-to-soil DC potential module.To introduce the function of each module,logic implementation and UI.in detail.
