Visualization And Energy Efficiency Calculation Of Equipments Operation Data In Open-pit Mine

With the improvement of digital mine construction and the progress in the collection methods of surface mining equipments' operating conditions,and the equipment data of open pit increases geometrically.It has become increasingly important that how to deal with data,and data visualization is the important method to solve this problem.So data visualization has become an important part of research on the process of Digital mine construction in open cast mining.The data recorded in the truck dispatching system include truck basic informational,time of data,location and condition data.Condition data is divided into operation condition data and dis-operation condition data.Operation condition includes heavy transportation,empty transportation,waiting loading and waiting unloading.Dis-operation condition include inner obstacle,out obstacle and delay.Primary system use the method of production "playback" to show operation condition data,and use truck dispatching table to show dis-operation condition data.While the truck operating conditions are under a Visual presentation,but due to the drawback of presentation,presentation effects are not intuitive,information from it is limited.And c/s structure is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the Internet today.For the above-mentioned problems,this thesis has dealt with the key problem of data visualization-data visualization mode and data visualization drawing technology.Using the different visualization mode from original system in truck operation condition,that is make original mode divided into detail incidents.Using the user-defined visualization drawing technology on the truck dis-operation condition data,and on the base of that,combining the truck energy efficiency with visualization.First,the paper has researched the data visualization mode and drawing technology to identify detail visualization mode and realization technology.Then,the paper has constructed data mode based on new visualization mode and has designed arithmetic to change original data into new mode data,energy efficiency calculation is also based on the new mode data.And then introduced normal methods of image drawing.Finally showing the visualization data based on the data accumulated by the truck dispatching system.
