Research And Implementation Of A Visualization System For Mine Uncertainty Data

With mining enterprise information construction development and innovation,the emergence of various kinds of practical application system for mining operation data management to provide convenient,but the diversity of application system increases the maintenance cost,cross-platform between macroscopic optimization and analysis of some problems such as difficult.Therefore,solving the "Information Island",data management and utilization between various platforms is the only way to improve the efficiency of mine production and management.Meanwhile,with the continuous improvement of data processing methods and technologies,visualization technology has become a new method to explore,display and express data.In the process of data collection,exchange and processing,data uncertainty factors exist,to mine information bring inconvenience,unified management and use of data processing and visualization of uncertainty will run data mining enterprises to provide a new way of management and utilization.In this paper,the research content based on the research of mine uncertainty data visualization system and implementation,the integration middleware technology and Oracle 11 g database,combined with the data exchange technology,Web data visualization technology to realize the system.According to the requirement analysis,system design content is mainly divided into two aspects,first set up the enterprise data center,through the data exchange technology integration and collecting the data of each application system,to deal with uncertainty data,data center,including mine basic information database,monitoring database and system configuration data tables,etc.,realize data sharing,to form the lifecycle of the mine with large data;Secondly according to the characteristics of mine data through Echarts visual programming to realize visualization analysis system,intuitively show the basic data,real-time monitoring data,the status of the production and sales data,historical data and dynamic change,etc.,in view of the group fill process trival,simply fill in the page design,group report after review.This system has realized the enterprise production safety overall KPI monitoring and underground working face safe state monitor,such as temperature,gas,carbon dioxide,mine personnel positioning,production and sales and other business data,such as real-time and historical data visualization and analysis,and to realize condition warning and forecasting,and other functions,provide quick support to decision making for managers,help to improve the efficiency of production and management of mining enterprises.
