Today,iron ore resources have become the economic lifeline of the country and play a vital role in the national economy.But the backward transportation system of the underground iron mine restricts the development of the mining enterprise.The transportation efficiency is low and it is easy to have an accident.The design of underground monitoring system improved the intelligent,digital level.The system has a certain significance in the development of the transport system even the entire mine.In this thesis,the research is based on the actual situation of the representative of the underground iron mine.To cope with the mining enterprises' demand for intelligent and digital technology,the design of the underground mine railway intelligent monitoring system host computer is completed.This system established efficient remote communication,and achieved some functions like the underground locomotive information monitoring,remote automatic control and intelligent switch locomotive path planning.Firstly,on the basis of existing underground ore process,this thesis summarized the problems and the functional requirements of the system,and completed the overall design,hardware and software design of underground mine intelligent monitoring and dispatching system.This thesis studied the network communication technology based on CAN bus and RFID-based locomotive positioning technology,and realized the design of the multi mode control of underground turnout.Secondly,this thesis studies the underground railway scheduling problem,modeling and analysis the working process of the locomotive.The ant colony algorithm is proposed to optimize the path of locomotive by using MATLAB simulation.An improved scheme is proposed to solve the problem of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimum by analysing the deficiency of the basic ant colony algorithm.Then,we completed the design of PC software architecture and functions for the underground railway intelligent monitoring system.This article introduces the performance of PC software,and designs the network communication interface and communication protocol conforming to the requirements of production.Design the flow of the structure,such as the position monitoring of the locomotive,the remote intelligent control of the switch,the dispatching of the underground railway,the database and so on.Finally,this thesis implements the software development,and uses the programming language Visual Basic and achieves the design of monitoring interface.Using SQL Sever database to achieve the processing of the data,and completed the design of each module of the monitoring system PC.The system runs stably and meets the requirements of production.
